Professional specialized in business organization, strategic planning, innovation and marketing. He has studied architecture in Madrid and Munich, and holds a degree in Business Management and Marketing at ESIC.
He started his professional career as creative director in the advertising agency E2A and then went on to work for GMI-Pramac as marketing director where he managed to help multiply by 19 the turnover of the company in just three years. Later he worked as a consultant and project manager at Malik Management where he got in touch with Stafford Beer's organizational cybernetics and systems-oriented management at the University of St. Gallen (CH).

He carries out European projects for Bosch Siemens, Mondragón Corporación Corporativa, Balay, Eroski, Alcoa, EADS, Clariant, etc. He sets up his own company specialized in the management of intangibles as strategic tools to launch and accelerate in the SME market, among which are companies such as Polaris World, Hüppe Form, Telefónica, Masdevailla, Cassidyan, etc... In addition, he begins to represent Malik Management in Spain, collaborating in syntegration projects, customer value analysis, EKS strategy, design and diagnosis of viable organizations.
Javier has written several articles on cybernetics, marketing and brands and gives lectures in different academic and private forums.
